Connexions practitioners

This website was developed to help Connexions partnerships and practitioners to deliver the Connexions Service to young people.

Following the publication of Every Child Matters: Change for Children and Youth Matters, Connexions is currently going through a process of transition and children's trusts are being established in each local authority area. 

Visitors to the Connexions website should be aware that, as a result of these changes, the website is no longer being developed.  While it remains available for reference purposes, some of the information may be out of date or no longer relevant.
